Resetting a forgotten password

First, the message routinely lands in spam or in a promotions tab, particularly on Gmail and Outlook. Check both before requesting a second link, because each new request invalidates the previous one. Second, the link should be opened on the same device and browser where you requested it; opening it on a different device sometimes triggers an extra security check. Third, the new password must be at least eight characters and cannot repeat your previous one.
If no email arrives at all, the address on the account is probably not the one you are checking. Support can identify the account from your name, date of birth and last deposit method, but they will not disclose the email address itself over chat for security reasons.

The one that catches honest players out is the VPN case. Running a VPN during login can put your connection in a restricted country and trip the geo check, which then flags the session for review. Turn the VPN off before you sign in rather than after the block appears.
Securing your account
Turn on two-factor authentication. Account settings, security, pair an authenticator app. It is the single largest improvement you can make, because a leaked password alone stops being enough to reach your balance.
Store the backup codes offline. A phone that dies or gets replaced without backup codes means a manual identity check with support and several days without account access.
Use a unique password. Credential stuffing is the dominant attack on gambling accounts, and it works precisely because passwords get reused. A password manager solves this in one step.

Never sign in over a link from a message. Phishing pages that clone the login panel are common in this vertical. Type the domain yourself or open the installed app.
Staying signed in
Tick Remember me at sign-in to keep the session alive between visits. If you are still being logged out, the cause is usually on your device: a browser set to clear cookies on exit, a privacy extension blocking first-party storage, or iOS Intelligent Tracking Prevention expiring the session. Allow first-party cookies for the domain, or install the web app, which holds its session more reliably than a browser tab.
What you can do before logging in
